To drive interaction with sponsored health programs, the Insight Engine manages individuals’ permissions and enables the secure export of personal data to outside disease management or rewards fulfillment vendors. And it powers WebMD’s HIPAA-compliant message center, which consolidates all targeted, secure health messages, whether they’re generated by the sponsoring organization or a vendor.
